Celestine

She is the matriarch of the family with 7 children, 13 grand-children and an ailing mother. She cares and provides for all of them. Celestine is a widow and the only one in that household who is earning an income. She was trained in 2014. A driven lady who gets up at 4am – prepares food until 5am then goes to a prayer meeting at church. At 6am she returns and sells breakfast to passing customers on their way to work. She has an area in her home where they can sit and eat the food. This gives her many opportunities to meet and talk with her customers .
