The aim of Economic Community Transformation Groups (ECTGs) is to journey more closely with graduates of the “EPIC Journey” training over a longer time horizon. My name is Florence Kunkundiye and I would like to say what I have learned from this course. First of all I have learned that during the business, he/she has to record each of the movement that is happening during the business. During the business also, we have to use money well like saving in the bank without keeping it at home because the moment the whole money is home, it is possible to use it in a bad way and we never know what will come tomorrow or more future. To do a business, we have also to plan it well in terms of looking where he/she is going to put the business and use well the products how she/he make relationship with customers, use the price well so that customers are exchange money due to the value of the product, promotion is also important. As my conclusion, this course was so important to me because I have learned a lot from it.

BEST Entrepreneurship Training program was a very interesting subject for me. I feel I am going to run a business with a different concept in future. I have tried many businesses and sadly I found them all bankrupt or closing down. But BEST has helped me to understand that planning of a business is critical, investing and adding value and selling and analysing your business puts more insights in how I can grow and run a business successfully, even with very little money. The practice of budgeting and purchasing or selling of goods was the BEST I had. Thank you for this rich program.

I have learnt that one have to make a budget for everything, keep personal money and business money separate. In order to run a good business you have to find the right place, advertise if possible, keep records for everything and see whether you are making a profit or not. I have enjoyed the course, it was fun and interesting. I think I have learned a lot and that will help me run a better business. Sometimes the business can’t go according to plan.

For this course, I learn how to run a business and to save money, even to negotiation to the customer. Negotiate a good deal because when you run a business you have to know good and bad prices. This term is very good because we also know how to plan our business. Before you buy you have to plan first. Then when you finish to plan you start to buy material. Then you start your business. It is what I’m learn.

· the training focuses a lot on practicals. It does make it easier to start a business to run it.
· It focusses on the most important factors of business:
o Invest in your business

· One can take ownership, have control of your business, know what is happening and be accountable
· I can definitely refer everyone to do it Indeed, I do not regret attending it, it is an investment.
· Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
· I can also be called in if there are new students to show them I am a living proof of BES.

Though I am a businessperson, I have learnt and improved on my record keeping. The 4 P’s where very helpful in marketing: products, place, promotion and price. I also realised that some people that we (Business for transformation – B4T) help with loans need this training especially start ups and I wish to be one of the trainers to that I can be able to offer this training.

I have learnt the five steps of business, which are planning, purchasing, adding value selling and analysing. I have also learnt on advertising and that I need to do my business where more people pass and are able to view my products. I have benefited a lot from this training, because I will be able to plan well now, to know what type of customers I need to have and what I should spend and save.
