I learnt a lot in this Business Training. I did Business before, but I was never doing well. I guess that was because I never made a budget. I am so grateful for what I learned. In a Business it will always go up and down, but I know that I can handle that now, since I know how to save some money. And I saw as well that you don’t need big money to start a business, you can start small and work yourself up.

I really enjoyed the training even though it was a bit hard for me to do all the calculation. This training helped a lot on the budgeting part (business, domestic, and saving)

I thought the course was extremely well presented. The presenters were enthusiastic and came across as very experienced and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the fact that it was presented in a cross-cultural environment which helped us to see things from each other’s perspective. The manner of presentation –the game- made the learning so easy and so much fun and yet what we learnt was so sound and useful. The practical was amazing for me – and not something I would ever have tried if I had not done the course. I was WAY out of my comfort zone. But it really taught me so much and grew me as a person as well as teaching me business skills.

I have learnt in this business training things that I didn’t know before. For example how to keep records and make contracts, as well as saving, buying and selling.  We thank our teacher and translator for their good insight.

I have learned that you don’t have to wait for a lot of money to start a business, even a small money can start. I’ve learned also to be careful of my plans about business, like to put records every time if the money go in and out. I did not know how to calculate money for business, expenses and savings but I do now. I’ve learned to sign a contract always if I make an agreement with someone about business. I also have learned that treating customers nice is the most essential thing in business. You don’t always agree in business.

Cendrica –

I have learnt that one have to make a budget for everything, keep personal money and business money separate. In order to run a good business you have to find the right place, advertise if possible, keep records for everything and see whether you are making a profit or not. I have enjoyed the course, it was fun and interesting. I think I have learned a lot and that will help me run a better business. Sometimes the business can’t go according to plan.

BEST Entrepreneurship Training program was a very interesting subject for me. I feel I am going to run a business with a different concept in future. I have tried many businesses and sadly I found them all bankrupt or closing down. But BEST has helped me to understand that planning of a business is critical, investing and adding value and selling and analysing your business puts more insights in how I can grow and run a business successfully, even with very little money. The practice of budgeting and purchasing or selling of goods was the BEST I had. Thank you for this rich program.

I really enjoyed the training – it taught me and it was very practical. I learnt the things practically and it helped to bring a business perspective to my thinking. Things that I thought were hard and difficult to do unless you had been to a university or business college, I could now learn here at the training. I would suggest that we have a follow up group to meet to enrich our learning where we can share our business experiences and keep ourselves updated. It would also be good to have a platform where we can get assistance to those who are involved in business.

I learned about the Business Cycle.  There are 3 things that I understood during the training: Business capital, savings & home expenses budgeting. We have to budget and we have to put this into account when planning the customers, price & the place. With marketing I learnt that you should know the manufacturing price and the demand of your customers. The selling place can at home or in the market. But it is best at home when you are starting as you save on rent.In your business you have to persevere, to love your customers and also to fear God.  Also it is important that the business must help all the people. Every day you must keep the records and at the end do the analysis of your business.

I have learnt the five steps of business, which are planning, purchasing, adding value selling and analysing. I have also learnt on advertising and that I need to do my business where more people pass and are able to view my products. I have benefited a lot from this training, because I will be able to plan well now, to know what type of customers I need to have and what I should spend and save.
