I have learned that you don’t have to wait for a lot of money to start a business, even a small money can start. I’ve learned also to be careful of my plans about business, like to put records every time if the money go in and out. I did not know how to calculate money for business, expenses and savings but I do now. I’ve learned to sign a contract always if I make an agreement with someone about business. I also have learned that treating customers nice is the most essential thing in business. You don’t always agree in business.

Cendrica –

Business is important. You can have a successful business when you are determined in what you are doing.  In business you can make good friends, and you also have food on the table.

Zameka –

I learned about the Business Cycle.  There are 3 things that I understood during the training: Business capital, savings & home expenses budgeting. We have to budget and we have to put this into account when planning the customers, price & the place. With marketing I learnt that you should know the manufacturing price and the demand of your customers. The selling place can at home or in the market. But it is best at home when you are starting as you save on rent.In your business you have to persevere, to love your customers and also to fear God.  Also it is important that the business must help all the people. Every day you must keep the records and at the end do the analysis of your business.

Firstly I’d like to say WOW!

In a space of a month I got to experience how it feels like running a business, I got to learn how to skillfully negotiate a good contract, keep records, know when to increase prices, know when to keep them at a  constant price and how to save. When I think of this course I then see how they made it relate to life as a whole especially the “life cards” but overall I should say it was a fun and exciting learning experience. I would now surely advise someone to take it, it will surely benefit them.

It taught me more things on how to run your business. That you must not keep your money at home, and to be wise in each and everything you do.

For me the course was very educating in a way that people work in their business, or making profit. Knowing how to use your money and making sure that you use your money in a good way. The Bottom Line Basic Course it made me realise that with little amount of money you can make lot of profit if you know the strategy and to plan your business. Thank all the people that taught us . BEST Entrepreneurship Training program was a very interesting subject for me. I feel I am going to run a business with a different concept in future. I have tried many businesses and sadly I found them all bankrupt or closing down. But BEST has helped me to understand that planning of a business is critical, investing and adding value and selling and analysing your business puts more insights in how I can grow and run a business successfully, even with very little money. The practice of budgeting and purchasing or selling of goods was the BEST I had. Thank you for this rich program.

I really enjoyed the training even though it was a bit hard for me to do all the calculation. This training helped a lot on the budgeting part (business, domestic, and saving)

I learnt a lot in this Business Training. I did Business before, but I was never doing well. I guess that was because I never made a budget. I am so grateful for what I learned. In a Business it will always go up and down, but I know that I can handle that now, since I know how to save some money. And I saw as well that you don’t need big money to start a business, you can start small and work yourself up.

I thought the course was extremely well presented. The presenters were enthusiastic and came across as very experienced and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the fact that it was presented in a cross-cultural environment which helped us to see things from each other’s perspective. The manner of presentation –the game- made the learning so easy and so much fun and yet what we learnt was so sound and useful. The practical was amazing for me – and not something I would ever have tried if I had not done the course. I was WAY out of my comfort zone. But it really taught me so much and grew me as a person as well as teaching me business skills.
